Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FabricRun Sprint, a sprint planning and project tracking application operated by FabricRun Tech.
Using Sprint
You may use Sprint only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and team access secure.
Organizations and workspace data
Organization owners and administrators control workspace membership, project settings, stories, milestones, agent tokens, and integrations. You are responsible for the content and data you add to Sprint and for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit that data.
Third-party sign-in and integrations
Sprint may let you sign in with Google or GitHub and connect third-party services such as GitHub. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. Sprint uses Google sign-in only to authenticate you and manage access to Sprint workspaces.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Sprint, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate others' rights, use Sprint to break the law, or abuse automation, agent tokens, APIs, or integrations.
Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Sprint at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but Sprint may be unavailable because of maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, or events outside our control.
Intellectual property
FabricRun Tech and its licensors own Sprint, including its software, design, branding, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain rights to the workspace content you submit.
Disclaimers
Sprint is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FabricRun Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Sprint if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law. You may stop using Sprint at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through Sprint or another appropriate channel.
