Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FabricRun Tech collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use FabricRun Sprint at sprint.fabricrun.com and related services at api.fabricrun.com.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, Sprint receives only the account information needed to authenticate you and create or update your Sprint account: your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, display name, and profile image if Google provides one.

Sprint also stores workspace data you or your team provide, such as organizations, projects, stories, milestones, comments, assignments, invite records, GitHub integration settings, agent token metadata, audit records, and operational logs.

Google user data

Sprint uses Google user data only for sign-in, account matching, invite acceptance, workspace access control, abuse prevention, and security auditing.

Sprint does not request or access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, contacts, or other Google API content. Sprint does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising.

How we use information

We use information to provide Sprint, maintain authentication sessions, show the right organizations and projects, sync configured GitHub workflows, troubleshoot product behavior, protect the service, and communicate important account or service notices.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate Sprint, including hosting, database, logging, analytics, email, and security providers. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Sprint and its users, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace data for as long as needed to provide Sprint, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit history, and enforce agreements. Organization owners may request deletion of workspace data when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Sprint data. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Sprint may process information in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using Sprint, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through Sprint or another appropriate channel.
